These special RGB controllers are a fantastic controller for RGB 5050 strips as they have all the usual colours and effects as well as thew option of it changing colour to any kind of music. The controller allows you to choose upto 16 colours with the push of a button and if you turn on the sound activation you can control the speed / effect to match the music you are listening to making the item ideal for parties, discos, etc. The IR unit has a 120W output meaning you can run upto 15M of RGB strip lights and you won't notice any fading / dimming towards the end of the run which often occurs with some lower rated controllers. These controllers are a great item which is easy to install and the sound activation can be turned on / off at anytime so it can be used as a regular controller if preferred.
